Mike has a strong focus on Business Development services for a wide range of business clients, which involves:
• Business Planning sessions
• Quarterly Coaching to ensure Business Plan goals are met and reviewing strategies to improve the business
• Developing Forecasts to measure against actual results
• Identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) relevant to each business, in order to measure them accurately, then apply strategies to improve each KPI. This should increase profit, improve cash flow and ultimately increase the business value

Outside Morrison Creed, Mike works with other business interests, farms a 40 acre block with his wife on the outskirts of Feilding and when time allows, spends time on Lake Taupo.
